· Director
D. Ray Lewis joined the Board of Retirement in 1982. He became the director in 2005 after serving for several years as the assistant director. Ray has worked as a pastor, music minister, and college professor.

· Business Manager
John Brummitt graduated in 2004 from Free Will Baptist Bible College. The son of a Free Will Baptist minister, John began working for the Board of Retirement in the spring of 2006.

· Secretary
Sara Poston joined the staff of the Board of Retirement in 2007. A pastor's wife for 32 years, Sara brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge to the office.
